Discuss arrangements in marketplace messages so you have a record. Avoid suspicious links supposedly used for delivery or receiving money.
03Keep sensitive details private
Receiving a transfer does not require your CVC, PIN or SMS codes. Do not install apps at a buyer’s request or transfer money under pressure.
04Delivery and payment
Jiv does not process payments or arrange delivery. Buyers and sellers choose how to pay and hand over the item. For valuable items, an in-person meeting is preferable.
